Shipping

Orders will be shipped directly from the artists’ studios in Japan via international airmail carriers such as DHL and EMS. The estimated arrival time is 5-10 business days after the completion of your order on our website. Shipment and delivery may be delayed and take longer than the above estimated time in the case of a natural disaster, shipping accident, etc. We will provide a tracking number at the time of shipment so that you will be able to track the progress of your order.

Please note that the estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days does not include weekends or holidays.

On Ordering a Wooden Gift Box

Wooden gift boxes can be ordered at the time of purchase. We will custom make the boxes in accordance with the size of your purchase. This typically takes 10 to 14 business days in addition to the standard shipping time.

Shipping Fees

All shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the time of check-out based on the total order amount and the shipping destination. Please see the below for reference on shipping costs.

Shipping to Asia, EU, North America, and Oceania (excluding some countries and areas)

Orders up to 20,000 JPY: 1,500 JPY

Free shipping on orders over 20,000 JPY

Shipping to all other areas and countries

All orders: 3,000 JPY
